Types of these supports include Ni-Agarose, NTA-Agarose, Co-Agarose, Fe-Agarose, Glutathione-Agarose, and p-Aminobenzamidine-Agarose. Supports containing glutathione through covalent attachment are utilized for the purification of GST fusion proteins.
